In 1988, the year in which
the company was founded, very little was said about
quality. Companies believed that they could survive
and continue profitable eternally without ''taking
care'' of quality. These companies no longer exist.
Only companies that already had the basic concepts
of total quality in their "soul" kept up
constant growth, in spite of the powerful international
competition.
This was how Tec-ci progressively intensified its
actions over the years in search of total quality,
aiming to provide significant competitive advantages
to all our customers, through continuous enhancement,
exceeding expectations and producing satisfaction,
with total respect for the environment, and therefore
contributing towards the formation of a more worthy
society.
Nowadays Tec-ci is deploying quality systems with
the objective of achieving ISO9001/2000 certification
in 2005. Thus concluding just another stage of our
incessant quest for total quality.
