We are a family-owned company, and like most of these companies, everything began through one of its members, who with a genuinely enterprising spirit ended up by spreading enthusiasm among everyone involved, creating a single objective of a great deal of work, honesty and success.

     This was how we watched our brother take his first steps in this direction in 1980. With a few pieces of phenolite, some liters of perchloride, a basin, 2 hinges, a slow and noisy drill and above-normal willpower, we came into contact with a printed circuit board for the first time.

     During the following eight years, we struggled together hand in hand, experiencing some defeats, many accomplishments, victories and above all exceptional learning experience.

     In 1987, confirming his enterprising spirit, our brother moved to the interior of the state where he created Micromáquinas (a true incubator of micro and small companies).

     With accumulated experience and the unconditional support of our parents, our brother and God, we created Tec-ci in 1988. The first boards were produced in a narrow little room measuring 3x6 m at the back of the house. We faced countless difficulties in an economic scenario of hyperinflation, economic plans and instabilities, and suddenly, 2 years after its official opening, Tec-ci, (like so many other companies from the sector) began to face crushing international competition, provoked by economic opening. At this time we saw hundreds of companies, customers, suppliers, competitors etc. suspending their operations, and it was only with a great deal of determination that we managed to continue… and to grow.

     At the same time we gradually expanded our physical area as new customers began to arrive, and acquired new equipment: in 92 the first press, in 94 the first corrosion machine, in 96 the first coating machine, in 98 the first CNC drill, and accordingly step-by-step we gradually built an even more solid structure, training and hiring professionals that were more and more competent.

     In 2000 we moved to our new facilities, where we managed to make even more progress in the direction of a degree of stability that was only attained on account of the work, honesty, seriousness and support of many people and companies, which we will always remember with gratitude and with the certainly that they also made their history based on the same principles.

     Now in the year 2004, we continue with the same objectives of growth, always feeling proud of our track record. Hence we invite you to become a part of this history.
